The purchasing team negotiates relevant supply agreements and works through distribution issues to maximize collective buying power.

Tin Hao Dimsum locates in viable retail locations and negotiates leases directly with landlords.

The lease is held by Tin Hao Franchise Corporation, who then grants franchisees the right to occupy the premises through a sublease on the same terms and conditions originally negotiated.

Projects

The projects team facilitates the development of efficient store operations. This team works with consultants, contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.

At the handover of the Tin Hao Dimsum site, the franchisee receives a fully operational outlet with all items, from equipment to packaging.

The Tin Hao Dimsum Training Module takes place in a store environment, at designated branches. It is usually conducted one week prior to the opening of the Franchised branch, following a new franchisee orientation. During this time potential franchisees acquire the necessary competencies required to operate a Tin Hao Dimsum outlet. In addition to this, they attend off-site additional training on an ongoing basis when the need arises.
