Does this require intensive cooking?

No, all major production, handling and cooking are done in our production facility. We do it this way in order to provide our Franchisees with ease of replication. We find that there are more benefits in this system given that it will be less labour-intensive on our Franchisees part, and having the production centralized will also beef up the quality control.
